Oakland Unified School District

TAG celebrates its eleventh year providing continuous management service to the Oakland Unified School District.

 

Frito-Lay, Inc.

TAG completed 240 Frito-Lay Distribution center renovation projects to accommodate their new hand held computer system.  This project required construction management in all 50 states.  TAG joined its sister company it Texas to complete these projects.

 

Raimondi Park Renovation

The Friends of Oakland Parks and Recreation in conjunction with the City of Oakland secured funds for and planned the renovation of Raimondi Park. TAG was selected as the Project Manager to represent the owner and manage the design and construction of this project. The new facility will have two soccer / football fields and a baseball diamond. The Park is expected to open Summer of 2008 and it will be an asset for the community and surrounding neighborhoods.

 

 

 

 

 

Wachovia Refurbishment Project

TAG completed 227 refurbishment projects for Wachovia Bank. This nationwide project re-branded all of the former World Savings Bank branches. Work included, Interior Redesign, New Carpet, New Paint, New Furniture and Finishes. ATM installations were also included in the scope of work. The result of this work creates a pleasant interior for Wachovia customers.

 

San Francisco Unified School District, Proposition A 2006
TAG managed the first project constructed under San Francisco Unified School District’s Proposition A 2003. TAG was also recently selected as part of a team of Construction Managers to manage projects under the newly passed Proposition A 2006 Bond Program. TAG is looking forward to working with the District of several years as these projects roll out.
